Overall great and patient experience. I live in MI and found a CTS V-Sport at Thornhill with only 40k miles. Carl Cyko worked with me while I worked through logistics and I ended up flying down and driving the car back. There was for sure more wrong cosmetically than what was disclosed, but thats the risk you take buying through videos and photos. Even with the cost of the cosmetic fixes it will still be cheaper than a comparable one up here.
I had an outstanding experience at Thornhill Motor Company! The whole process reminded me of CarMax with their no-haggle, fair pricing, but with the added warmth of a small-town, local dealership. Wayne, my salesperson, was personable, down-to-earth, and never once tried to pressure me into a decision. When I asked him about the car, he said he’d be comfortable putting his own child in it—that gave me real confidence. I also appreciated learning that the owner and his son personally select every vehicle from the auction block, which really shows their care and integrity. The vehicle I purchased was pristine, priced better than other dealerships I visited, and came without all the inflated dealer fees that seem to be tacked on since COVID. On top of that, they honored a military/first responder discount, which was such a thoughtful touch. This was truly a car-buying experience worth making the drive for, and I’d gladly come back again!

I really don’t know where to begin…
Thornhill was recommended by a client of mine and when I checked out the website with available inventory, they literally had one of my wife’s top 3 vehicles and an unbelievably fair (below market) price. I sent an inquiry that evening (after hours) and was immediately called first thing in the morning by Josh.
Josh was amazing. We told him about our situation and current financing offering and he offered to see if he could find a lower rate. Not only did he find a lower rate, he was able to get us a 4 year note vs. the quoted 6 year note with barely any extra down!
It was a Friday night, my wife and I were both working and would be working all day Saturday. Josh literally drove the car to us on Saturday so my wife could sign and get back to work. I couldn’t speak higher of the integrity of Josh, Cesar (in finance), and the overall credibility of Thornhill!
The car was incredibly clean upon delivery, meticulously detailed. He took the time to show us all the fun parts of the car and gave us a throrough walk through. Josh even had a valet key cut for us too!

My buying experience was nothing less than amazing. My salesman Steve was very professional and helped me get the truck I wanted. lol I had an appointment to see a Latiat but saw my now 2019 Ram and switched gears on Steve!! He was very receptive and sent my wife and I down the road on a test drive. Long story short I wanted to pay cash but couldn’t reach my money for a few days so Steve let me put a deposit in the truck and come back the following and pay with a cashier check. I love my new truck and I love the buying experience Steve provided. I’ll recommend Thornhill Motor Company to my friends and family and I’ll be back myself.
